Call-center operator (loan officer)
Responsibilities:
- Telephone conversations with the Bank's customers;
- Detection of reasons for absence of loan payments;
- Offering of different ways to repay the debt (promotional events, discounts);
- Adding information using a PC.
Professional requirements:
- Education shall be not lower than at vocational school or college level
- Good diction and well-bred speech;
- Desire to build a career in the financial sector;
- Responsibility;
Attention: No work experience necessary!
