History of the company
- 2007 – incorporation of LLC “UkrBorg”.
- 2009 – cooperation with GML International Limited (Great Britain) and Dragon Capital (Ukraine). Foundation of Factoring company.
- 2010 – purchase of the first portfolio of consumer credits.
- 2011-2012 – further increase in the volume of serviced banking consumer credit portfolios. Development of portfolio appraisal procedures.
- 2013 – getting mortgage credit for work in the amount of over 2 bln. Hryvnias. Creation of a regional infrastructure and specialized legal department.
- 2014-2016 – creation of a specialized department for especially heavy debts, including legal entities’ debts. Expansion of the network of regional representative offices, improvement of technologies for sale of pledged property items and entering them in the books.
- 2016 - 2019 - cooperation with Alfa Bank (Ukraine), deepening of competence in mortgage loans
- 2019 - 2020 - purchase of significant portfolios of mortgage loans in the DGF (Delta Bank, Nadra Bank). Cooperation with one of the largest foreign private investors in Ukraine.
